How Does QSN Ship Their Products?
We ship most of our products through Fedex and Con-Way Freight. We believe these two carriers have the most dependable service and some of the best rates available. These items are large, and can not be shipped to a PO Box.
Customizable products usually take 4-6 weeks to ship. This includes choosing leather or fabric colors, power recline options, and buttkicker installations. Customized products are made to order and do have a lead time.
Non-Customized products usually ship within 48 hours. Non-Customized products include quick shipping specials, and home theater chairs that do not have any choices in fabric / leather. These products will be identified as "Quick Shipping Items" for easy reference.
Many of our products advertise free shipping. This only applies to the continental USA. We do not ship freight items across bodies of water. (No shipments to Hawaii or Puerto Rico for example). Shipments to Alaska are not free, and will be billed accordingly. If you need a quote, please contact us before purchasing.
Canadian residents will be responsible for shipping as well as brokerage / customs fees incurred from crossing the border. We are happy to setup all this up for you, please contact us if you need more information.

Con-Way Freight:
- Standard Delivery is approx 5-12 Days
*Please note that the freight carriers will not make inside deliveries. They will move the item to the back of the truck, and it is your responsibility to transport it inside the building. Inside Delivery is available upon request for an additional fee, and you can select this option during checkout or by calling us at 877-771-2471.
